Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sharebox ("the Service"), operated by Sharebox ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

The Service is available to Google Workspace organisations. You must be a Google Workspace super administrator to register your organisation. By signing up you represent that you have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Workspace account and any activity that occurs under your organisation's Sharebox tenant. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access.

Permitted use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

Billing and payments

Sharebox offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Google Workspace integration

The Service integrates with Google Workspace APIs. Your use of those APIs is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. We access only the Google data necessary to provide shared inbox features and do so in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding your content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Sharebox. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharebox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
